Chimedics Exchange

For hospitals and healthcare institutions

From fragile duty rosters and underused capacity to an executable international workforce pathway.

The question behind the vacancy

A shortage of a medical specialist affects the entire hospital organisation. It may lead to closed beds, reduced operating-room output, delayed diagnostics, limited ICU cover, greater dependence on external referrals and a disproportionate burden on the existing medical staff.

We therefore do not start with a generic job title, but with a capacity analysis covering patient volume, acuity, rota design, subspecialisation, procedural competencies, level of autonomy, multidisciplinary cooperation and required clinical privileges.

What Chimedics Exchange organises

  • translation of the capacity need into a verifiable medical profile;
  • selection of Chinese candidates by specialty, experience and availability;
  • primary-source verification of diplomas, registrations, professional good standing and relevant employment history;
  • preliminary assessment of qualification recognition, medical registration, language testing, immigration and professional liability;
  • preparation of interviews, assessments and document files;
  • support with onboarding, cultural preparation, accommodation and progress evaluation.

The hospital remains the employer

Chimedics Exchange is not a medical employer supplying professionals without local assessment. The receiving institution concludes the employment contract directly with the selected professional. Authority, reporting lines, rosters, remuneration, supervision, incident procedures and clinical governance therefore remain embedded in the hospital organisation.

An international placement is responsible only when the professional is clinically suitable, legally deployable and organisationally embedded.

What is needed for an initial assessment?

For a first feasibility review, the destination country, specialty, required number of professionals, desired start period, clinical context and principal procedural or rota requirements are usually sufficient. We then determine which registration and qualification pathway must be investigated.
