The selected physician signs an employment contract directly with the hospital or healthcare institution where the clinical work is performed. Chimedics Exchange supports the pathway but does not assume the professional responsibilities of the employer or local medical regulator.
Which professionals fit the programme?
The programme is intended for Chinese medical specialists with verifiable education, current professional registration, relevant clinical experience and professional good standing. Additional requirements may apply to subspecialisation, operative experience, procedure logbooks, scientific activity, leadership experience or teaching.
What is clarified in advance?
- destination country and type of healthcare institution;
- expected scope of practice and rota structure;
- registration, language and immigration requirements;
- employment conditions and contract duration set by the employer;
- required supervision or induction period;
- accommodation, family, insurance and practical support;
- possible supplementary training or examinations.
