- recognised primary medical degree and specialist training
- current professional registration and professional good standing
- employment statements, references and demonstrable recent practice
- procedure logbooks or caseload data where required
- language level, medical communication and knowledge of local protocols
- feasibility of registration, immigration and professional liability in the destination country
Role of the receiving institution
